You can not separate eval factors from one another, there is a big bunch of 15-20 queen-value-related terms that play a role here.
Probably you found out by now, but what if I give you this even position with Black side to start the game on autoplay ? But first try to guess which side will win this time ?

f7 is an important pawn, it also affects black king safety, but, with black on the move, I hesitate between draw and white wins.

In any case, white has an advantage.
I let Stockfish play it out at 60 minutes per side and it ended in a draw after the 50 moves rule the game ended with 138 moves .
who had positive score at the start and later in the game?
In the first diagram that I posted the extra pawn was too much, but in the second diagram with Black to move the difference was almost unnoticeable, anyway changing topic I truly believe that the Komodo team should have given a Knight odd to Nakamura, and even with this minor f2 or f7 pawn GM Nakamura did pretty good take a close look ==>

In the first diagram, but the 2nd it was a different story.

PS: I believe that the Komodo team should had given GM Nakamura a better odd of at least a Knight ==>

Here is another interesting Man vs Machine match ==>

because rooks have a hard time getting into the game fast, and because the missing pawns are also aiding black's development, i'd rather have black here i think. I don't feel this affects the standard evaluation of Q = 9, just that black has more than a pawn's worth of initiative.

provide winning line for white, first 8 moves

Komodo-10 give slight negative eval (favour black), SF give positive eval, but many variations I checked lead to draw very fast

What is your basis for this claim? I couldn't even tell which side is better, because rooks don't have full value in the opening, and because the king weakness due to f7 missing cannot be exploited without a queen. I used the Monte Carlo feature of Fritz 15 to play it out at ten ply (about IM level I think) and it was dead even after about 140 games. Latest SF gives it about +.4, Komodo 10.1 about -.1, so based on the MC playout Komodo was much closer to the truth.

Here you are totally wrong, Black is much better, probably winning. Komodo gives about -1.1, SF about -.8, and Monte Carlo ten ply playout with Fritz 15 has White scoring only 23.5% in a couple hundred games. You can't go by intuition or experience here, because you've never had or seen a similar position before. Normally when a queen is traded for rook, piece, and pawn the forces are pretty well developed and the rooks are in play, but at the start of the game this is not true at all. A queen is 1/4 of a pawn better than rook, knight, and pawn by my point count, but here it is much more than that due to the extreme passivity of the rooks.

You are definitively correct sir, here is the game, sorry for the pgn format =

PS: You and your Komodo team can honestly give Carlsen a Knight odd.

In the first diagram, but the 2nd it was a different story.

PS: I believe that the Komodo team should had given GM Nakamura a better odd of at least a Knight ==>

Here is another interesting Man vs Machine match ==>
You must not have been following the Komodo handicap games last year or you wouldn't have suggested knight odds to Nakamura or any other GM. We played 12 serious broadcast games giving knight odds to players roughly in the 2100 to 2200 FIDE range, and Komodo only scored 25% (one win and four draws). Knight odds in the opening is worth about four pawns, whereas the odds we actually gave to Nakamura were in the pawn to pawn and a half range. It is turning out to be a bit difficult to find suitable handicaps for players of around IM level (or weak GMs or strong FMs) without resorting to rather strange ones, such as the f7+3 moves with which GM Simon Williams beat Komodo. Exchange and move (White) or f7 or two pawns (except perhaps the weird f2 +g2 handicap) aren't enough, but knight is way too much. Knight for pawn may be the answer; it wasn't enough for FM John Meyer, but his playing strength now is probably in the low 2100s FIDE. Of course a lot depends on the choice of knight and pawn. Two pawns and move (White) is another option.
Komodo rules!

Would you try again with knight odds if Komodo was, let's say, something around 3500 FIDE elo ?

I decided to change it a little this is the new position with white to play, what is your prediction this time without looking at any engines? ==> [d]1n1qkbnr/ppppp1pp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNB1KBNR w KQk - 0 1 [d]
