I searched in yacpdb and found the same position but with wBishop on g1 ?!?
Mueller, Dieter 1989/1990 mate in 3 or 4
Too easy for a test position.

But without the bishop (ACT3.048), Kc7 is only worth +3.?? to 5.??, with no progress in the further course of the game.

You don't think, it's won for White after e.g.
