May or may not be a draw!

41. Rb2 Rc2 42. Rxc2 bxc2 Rybka3_8cpu (0:00.47)-0.46|d26
I think this line is drawn...Rybka maybe does not understand the endgame of B+2P vs. R+P perfectly. Or maybe, it is me that does not understand.

No evidence that kramnik is the second best player in the world?

There are many strong players with similiar strength

Alexander Morzevich,Vassily Ivanchuk and Magnus Carlsen may be better than both anand and kramnik(at least they have higher fide rating)

Agreed. Its nice to see engines say things like -0.4 in drawn positions sometimes...humans still have something useful to add :).

I really hope Anand gets 43. Bxe6 and then a draw.

Rybka said -0.4 but Fritz stated -1.42 in Yasser's comp when he played 43. Bf1 to avoid Rb1 check. And Yasser said that Rybka should catch up with Fritz!!!!

Rybka does not understand

It is even a draw without the h2 pawn.

True Uri. Its also not completely clear Anand is the number 1. But they are both darn good, and I find it mildly annoying how quickly we went from people predicting victory for Kramnik before the match, to talking about how bad he is, and how he has been going down hill for a long time after a few losses to a mighty opponent.

I guess it depends on your definition of number 1. If this game closes out the match, not only will he be World Champion, but also have the highest rating. What else does he need to do?

Hehe, nice one Yasser. Yes, for all the worship of Rykba I see (much deserved of course) Rybka is still missing much useful knowledge and really does need a human helper :D.
