I do not believe that they made it strong enough to beat a 1550 rated engine like Cicada. I will test it in 10 minutes.

The changes that they did were not to win with less material but to prevent losing with black after a line like 1.e4 e5 2.Qh5 Nc6 3.Qxf7+ after proving that it is possible to beat old stockfish at 1+1 with this line.

Now I am wondering if Komodo Dragon 2.5.1 can beat Cicada rated 1550 with this Queen Odds and what Contempt to set it up ?

This is what all mighty Stockfish lack, a contempt settings to beat weak engines with a Queen Odds. I love how Komodo Dragon 2.5.1. does it, and I only set the contempt to 65

I believe that Carlsen does not want Firouzja to reach 2900 before he does, so he wants to challenge him to make him lose ratings

There may well be something in what you opine. Certainly Firouzja alone is on any real ascendancy....everyone has peaked or hovering within a narrow range of their peak. Of course, that is all judged in hindsight. Firouzja may have peaked (in rating) and we just not know it yet.

If Firouzja was 30 or 32 probably but before he reach 21 he will Surpass Carlsen and probably take his title away from Him, Just like Carlsen did with GM Anand when GM Anand started descending in his chess career.

The odds of his winning the candidates is less than 20% so lets not put the cart before the horse just yet.
And for all we know, the winning bid might come from the Tata Steel folks and well...
