Just wondering if a new android build will be available, I purchased quite a few versions in the past but they stopped at Komodo 13 which I use in my ChessBase app. ChessBase seem to have no more upgrades to Stockfish which is stuck version 9 maybe because of the court case so an updated Komodo would automatically become the best engine for the chessbase app. Happy to pay a lot more than the previous versions if it could happen.

What version of Komodo (or Dragon) is the engine that is used on chess.com currently?

I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of progress in Komodo, Stockfish and Fritz.

Maybe the lack of progress is because neural networks are becoming an obsolete technology.

In the future we'll have better technologies than neural networks like quantum computers, artifical general intelligence, optical computers etc. Scientists are even working on making an artifial brain.

Unfortunately, I am not sure its "neural networks are obsolete technology", but rather chess which is an obsolete game...

Nothing 'obsolete' about the game itself...
Now, if you are referring to 'computers/engines' in chess....the counter-argument would still run: does the automobile make Usain Bolt somehow 'obsolete'? Nope.

It is a fake. While it remains possible that there could be a Dragon 3.3, it certainly isn't ready now.
