Kiddding me, I am the goofiest 26 year old you will ever find. A little too goofy for my own good at certain times. I think they could have done a better job with the graphics, looked too unreal..May be it had something to do with the fact that we watched a boot leg dvd. Evertime my cousin starts talking about it, I have to sort of remind him to keep breathing..

That was their exact point, they wanted to make a "comic for real", a manga/anime (cartoon) with real people, but nobody knew about it so the movie flopped.

I was trying to pull a fast one on you Fernando. I do agree that Chesspartner is rather mediocre compared to other commercial GUI's, however it does have its advantages.

Yes, it is a rather mediocre design. Now it happens than for me that is important even if I use a wooden board to play against engines. The point that I consider really misterious is that these smart guys could do lot better. More, it looks like some of those programmers consider that to give a chance to better design is kind of "mass market" thing, which is a prejudice.
