Fermin, with all due respect to you- i cannot envision a scenario in which it would be possible for me to care less about what happens with ANYTHING in 100 years.

The rate appears nonlinear or more in later times because of the compounding affect. The rate is the same but if you start from a higher point then result looks much bigger. It’s like money in the bank. The bank pays 5 percent. So going from $1 to $1.05 looks less then going from $1,000,000 to $1,050,000 because you can do a lot more with $50,000 then with $.05. But the rate of increase is the same.
The rate of developement isn't linear, since the time I was born knowledge and technology has increased millions of times over, more has happened in science and technology in my lifetime since the inception of civilization.
The next 100 years is beyond what anyone here can imagine.

moderation of the boards will be a highly sought after position with 100 moderators each highly compensated .. including personal use of a car .. full family medical insurance and a great pension plan
