The only problem with this theory is that the 26 games he lost were after he decided not to play and not before he decided not to play.lkaufman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 29, 2025 7:09 amI think I know why he decided not to play. He played 26 blitz games (3'2") with LeelaRookOdds, and lost every one of them! I guess he concluded it was "mission impossible". Eight of the other players have played multiple games with it in the last few days, most players choosing either Rapid or 5'3", some 5'2" or 3'2" (one even played at 90'30"). I count the total non-bullet score (including Pavel) as 1 win, 4 draws, and 184 losses! The only winner was the top rated IM, who scored 1 win and 1 draw in six games at 5'3". So perhaps he is favored in his match, but probably every one else (except perhaps the other IM, who didn't play yet) will be just hoping to get a draw.

Re: Details about Leela Chalange in Jerusalem
the weakest player changed his mind and told me that he agree to play with NN odds if it is going to allow some strong above 2200 players to compete with the rook odds.
I guess it is not going to happen because I do not know about more strong players above 2200 who agree to play with the rook odds.

Re: Details about Leela Chalange in Jerusalem
Good evening, Larry Kaufman and Uriblass. I would very much like, I would love, to be able to watch replays of the matches played by humans against these computer odds. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this. I wish you a good night and a good day. Thanks again.Uri Blass wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 9:59 am Need help to publicize it in english that is not my native language.
Feel free to correct me before I try to give the details in english:
Leela Challenge in Jerusalem:
18 players. 2 games against Leela in a version adapted to play with odds.
Leela without Rook A1 in the first game.
If you did not win then again Rook A1 odds in the second game.
Else Knight Odds when you can choose if to play against Leela Without Knight G1 or without Knight B1
Maximal Prize pool 18000 shekels(18000 only if all humans win twice)
900 shekels for winning the first game and 300 shekels for a draw
If you won the first then 900 shekels for winning the second, and 300 shekels for a draw in the second
If you didn't win the first then 600 shekels for winning the second and 200 shekels for a draw in the second.
Players can win less than the maximal prizes based on number of participants and prizes but I will not reduce the sum of prizes to less than 9000 shekels(for example if all players win twice the prize is going to be 1000 shekel for everyone and not 1800 shekels for everyone) but if all players draw all games then I am not going to reduce the prize to less than 500 shekel for everybody
Special reservation of places for:
Players who will contribute the most to the prize fund (4 places)
Members of the Israeli women's national team
Players who won the previous duel against Komodo Dragon without a knight
Those with the highest international fide rating among the players who register.
Location: Yerushalmi Club, Yohanan Ben Zakkai Street 5, Jerusalem
Game pace 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move
For details and registration, Dr. Uri Blass 0544544845
Good luck to all competitors.
I am thinking chess is in a coin.Human beings for ever playing in one face. Now I am playing in the other face:"Antichess". Computers are as a fortres where owner forgot to close a little door behind. You must enter across this door.Forget the front.

I added some comments about positional mistakes and deleted part of the comments when the position was winning for white.

I, a simple chess lover, currently in "airplane mode" and "hibernation mode," sincerely thank you for the immense contribution you have made to what, from my perspective, I value as "the dissemination, promotion, enthusiasm, and construction of the takeoff phase" and propulsion of the Odds project. I still have a feeling that the dinner I dream of, with the 20 best human players seated at the table with LeelaOdds and my dear QueenOdds, will become a reality. Please allow Catecan and me, with all humility, to raise a glass and toast you all.
I am thinking chess is in a coin.Human beings for ever playing in one face. Now I am playing in the other face:"Antichess". Computers are as a fortres where owner forgot to close a little door behind. You must enter across this door.Forget the front.
