well all i can say Matthias is that unless the R30 is being severely short sighted.. it has begun initial preparations for a short but sweet victory lap through all of the forums sub-fora ..to be followed by a gala celebration party
:P

Anyway..the voting booths are open for another 7 hours with the current vote totals as follows:

Rb1-3
Rd1-1

Being two pawns down and two moves behind, i can see no
way to win this game.

If you would like to play a real game with the same odds and
we play for the middle instead of off to the sides we can
beat R30 hands down. :)
Thanks for the fun game.

Best,

Gerold.

I dont think Matthias feels that Black is actually winning but he does seem to suggest that the game is now a dead draw(maybe he is joking ..i dont know really)
i can only say that watching the R30's analysis and Principle variations ,it does look like the game will eventually be a win for the R30
of course this could change at any time and i look forward to seeing if the forum will come up with a variation that was totally missed by the R30.
i imagine that the 200+ viewers tuning in every day to watch the game would find that very interesting as well

i have said it before and i will be the first to say it again..the team would CRUSH the R30 if there were no odds given
my guess is that the computer would be lost right out of book
