Hmm.. this is difficult. I did have a move in mind, but I checked it with an engine and it was a blunder

Unfortunately I also saw what the engine would have played, and that was Rb3. Off to work now, I'll look again later

We could play Rf7 or Rb4 but anyway I believe white will play next e5 against any of the two. Our rooks seems could not leave our second rank, so RF7

Maybe Rf7 blocks an important escape square of our king.

What do you plan to do when the Tasc then plays e4-e5 ?

I think I am gradually accepting defeat.
Without Rf7, e5 will still be played soon, I think.

BTW, a quick defeat spares the Tasc a lot of wear out
