I everyone, some day ago I Download a engine called ChessMonster and it say that "Chess monster 0.1 based on Fruit 2.1/Toga 121a by chess Community and Fabien Letouzey. This version was compiled by Ferzbery. This is an amazingly strong version of Toga. "
do Someone know something about it? and how are this "chess community"???

Do you have a link? The only link I could locate was that tonythomas guy, I heard he can't trusted.

It's a clone, if it were based off Toga, it would include the Source Code. Per: GPL
