An honorable man Steve B.

Post by CRoberson »

Couldn't help the pun.

Well, for some unknown reason Steve B said he'd give me some
of his second/thirds in his collection. The conditions were:
o I get 1 for making the challenges and completing them with Steve and Thorsten.
o I get another for winning the match with Steve's Mephisto London
o I get another for winning the match with Thorsten's Kasparov Sparc.

When I made the challenge to the CCC Collectors, I was just looking
for a rating estimate based on some fixed hardware.
It wasn't me playing. It was Telepath on a Q6600. I really enjoyed the
matches. Well, Telepath won the matches and I told Steve that I really didn't
believe he meant he would send the equipment. He insisted he was
serious and I picked out three machines.

To my joy, they arrived today. All in the same condition Steve said except
one. It was in better condition.

So, an honorable man Steve B.
