My test for Seer 1.1_x64_skylake

Test conditions:
-TC=4'+2" (12-15 minutes per game)
-Hash=256 MB
-GUI: Arena 3.5.1
-Books: IM_4mvs.abk (8 plies book) for both engines
-default settings for both engines
-1 thread-CPU=Intel i5-7400-3GHz (Kaby Lake)
-OS: Windows 10 Home
-TBS: none for both engines.

Deep Sjeng c't 2010 has 2926 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
Expected rating for Seer 1.1_x64_skylake is around 2870 Elo points (CCRL Blitz). +120 Elo points face to Seer 1.0_x64_skylake.
Expected rating for Seer 1.0 x64_skylake is around 2750 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).

Thanks for testing Seer! Hopefully I'll have surpassed Deep Sjeng by the next release
