The following endgame was reached where black resigned. But isn't it a draw ending?
White moves.
Does white win or is it a draw?

After 1.Ra5+ Ke4 best four moves (they are probably interchangeable) and no tablebases used:

Re: Does white win or is it a draw?
After analyzing the endgame I came to the conclusion that I had missed the move Re5+ that leads to a winning position. My mistake was taking the rook to a8. Thanks for the contributions.
