Lucas engine = Elo, Is it in FIDE ELO or Something Else ?

When you set to play an engine of Lucas Chess with ELO equal to whatever, and select FIDE does it really equal to FIDE ELO?
In Lucas Chess when you click Compete ===> follow by ==>Elo Rating and you select and engine to play at certain ELO in FIDE, is it really close to FIDE? Have you try to play certain ELO and compare it to your FIDE rating ?
