How have you been, Vast? It has been quite some time since you were last here, did you do anything fun, or play any interesting games of chess recently?
Just been working on engines still, the grind never stops!

Not true. Off-topic postings are simply split off to a separate thread if they are about computer chess, or deleted if they are about subjects that do not belong here at all (e.g. politics, religion). The Kindergarten section is for childish flame wars; people trying to annoy each other within the bounds of the charter.
