yes, Sapphire is suspect... Risc I played with a modified display, Magellan was overclocked at 24 MHz and Berlin Pro played with Fidelity Pieces.
Only the Risc 2500 and the Sparc were incontestably pure computers...
as the Sparc won the game between these computers...
Then my Sparc is the real winner of Paris 2007
The organizer can change the rules regards
Alain
it seems more modified computers were in Paris 07 then pure computers
i think we should RECALL the fine bottle of CHÂTEAU POUJEAUX 1990 and instead send it to me until we can launch an investigation as to the true winner and then award the first place prize again when all doubt is removed
i of course will consume it at once...opps..i meant to say .. conceal it at once until the investigation is complete
Paris 07..The Real Story Regards

Re: Paris 2007 results (MAYBE THE NEXT WINNER FOR 2008 ...)
Yes Eric
we see how easily Citrine disposes of the NORMAL Sapphire I
a "walk in the park" it was so easy..yes.. nothing nore then a"piece of cake"
BUT...did a REAL Sapphire I compete in Paris 07 or was it REALLY a Sapphire II or perhaps something else all together???

Hi Steve,
I don't know about other games, but if you look at Sapphire vs Sparc game, it is the Sparc which lost it by doing a dubious exchange/sacrifice With such play, the Sparc could have also lost against a Super Constellation !!!
You can cross the Atlantic whenever you want to drink a Château Poujeaux regards,
Alain
as far as I can tell, it was a normal Sapphire and therefore only the Magellan was modified... with the results we knowSteve B wrote:Yes Eric

Looks like Steves and Roberts predictions were diametrical to the results.
