The current "official" private engine list can be found here.

If anyone notices any errors, then please let me know and I will make corrections.

The Winboard FAQ on the horizonchess server is of historical interest only. I am using it as a base to modernize the content and place it on the computer-chess server. The entire process will take several years.

Rotor is not private,it was released recently :D
And soon another engine must be deleted from the list,guess who :?:

Because the both are very strong chess engines despite their problems !
