In the interest of Decorum it would be greatly appreciated if my comments from a prior post be not referred to as a "crock....etc." Such communication techniques are not conducive to effective problem solving. I thank you however for your suggestion. Alex

I just noticed your thread. It could easily be fixed in a couple of minutes if it were me, but i have nationwide long distance free. Here is a phone number you can call for Ubisoft/Chessmaster. You can actually get a human being if you are patient. (919) 460-9778 But now if you are not in the United States, you could have a problem with enormous phone charges. Just trying to help- and i have gotten help this way many times.

Now, if the phone is not an option, i know exactly what i would do in your place. I would PM John Merlino. He used to work for them, and he is a member of this forum. He would be able to tell you what to do, and he is such a nice and helpful guy, he would probably take care of the problem for you. Either way will solve your problem, as i dont see much help being offered from anyone else.

not much help, but hindside "wisdome"... write these things on a paper or in a notebook - I would have been "lost" a couple of times I inly relyed on digital storage... and well, backups is a thing from heaven

The easiest solution is to get a new email address. Takes only about 10-50 seconds, depends on how fast he can type.
