By giving proper credits where it is due, you will earn more respect.Ben Lau wrote:You know it, and I know it.Tony Thomas wrote:

Now, I just need you to trust me. The Scofield 3'success is entirely due to my hard work.
Scofield 3 engine is not a GNU engine, so you won't see the source code, ever!

Not true, I dont even know you as a person.Ben Lau wrote:

I do not think that Scofield 3 is entirely original, so it is wrong to claim that it is entirely due to your hard work.Ben Lau wrote:Now, I just need you to trust me. The Scofield 3'success is entirely due to my hard work.

Scofield 3 and Rybka 2.3.2a must be very strong programs if they play Topalov's moves. Shredder 10 and Toga II 3.1.2SE don't play Topalov's star move 12.Nxf7!

Which success? Noone is interested in a clone of a clone. Telling here something about your hard word is very disrespectful against every engineauthor who made an engine by his own.Ben Lau wrote:The Scofield 3'success is entirely due to my hard work.
The least things we need are Strelka clones and wannabe engineauthors.

I fear that people cant understand what you are saying. I fear we must prepare the audience with some ethical basics at first. <sigh>Alexander Schmidt wrote:Which success? Is Scofield 3 just for Linux or will it work on Windows?

There is a windows version, it`s called Strelka. Or better try the original Rybka 1 Beta.Uri wrote:Is Scofield 3 just for Linux or will it work on Windows?
