Fritz 10 GUI
128mb hash each
3-4-5 piece tablebases
Ponder off
Perfect 13.ctg book
40 moves in 54 minutes repeating (adapted for the CCRL 40/40)
2 cycles (30 rounds)
Updated versions will not be introduced during the tournament.
The bottom three engines are likely to be relegated into Division 2 for the following season.

would have expected Toga to lead by a considerable margin
also would have expected Bright to get atleast 12/20.

I predict Toga to win this one, and Bright to climb up placings by the end of the tournament. :wink:

I think that you expected too much from bright.
Bright is not 2800+ engine
It is only slightly better than the average of the field so there is no reason to expect it to get more than 10.5/20

you can see that Bright is higher rated than engines other than top 4, so it is obvious that Bright should be getting more than 10.5(in 20 rounds). Anyway I think it will gain more points in the remaining rounds...so I guesstimate the score of 13.5/30 for Bright.

Great performance by Spike. It's a great engine, I hope it's still being developed.
