Hi Terry,

from what I understand, Shaun will be making it available for download soon.

Regards, Graham.
Thanks Graham. If you don't mind, please send me a link when it's ready.

Toga II 1.4 beta5c 4CPU is 2993 and Toga II 1.4 beta5c 2CPU is 2925,it's a good scaling factor going from 2 to 4 CPU....

Note that the 2 cpu version played only 32 games and you clearly cannot trust the rating that may be wrong(possible error of 90 elo)

Toga II 1.4 beta5c 2CPU 2925 +92 −94 42.2% +45.0 53.1% 32
52.9%

based on the cegt the improvement is clearly smaller at 40/20(4 cpu is 28 elo better with possible error of 22 or 16 elo with 95% confidence that mean error of 27-28 elo in the difference with 95% confidence because I do not calculate the sum of the intervals but the sum of the squares of the interval and do square root to it or in other words sqrt(22*22+16*16))

28 Toga II 1.4 Beta5c 4CPU 2908 22 22 506 52.5% 2891 48.0%
40 Toga II 1.4 Beta5c 2CPU 2880 16 16 1062 50.3% 2878 40.8%
49 Toga II 1.4 Beta5c 1CPU 2861 17 17 998 57.3% 2810 36.3%

I would say it's too good!
(remember that Thomas himself has said that his Toga multi-processing is a basic one)

Well it worked before but indeed it doesn't work now. It's obviously intermittent :?
