Yes, it is a strong blitzer, and has a very deep book. That's good news.

Sad but true, almost 1 year since Hiarcs 11.2 and the elo gain is too poor, we are going to see if DF11 can get close to Rybka, or we must to say: Neeeeext

I'm curious, so I'm intending to start a blitz tournament myself soon with Hiarcs 12 and other engines with own book, to see how Hiarcs does. It will be a decent number of games so I can get a picture. Learning will be turned off though, I just don't see how reliable ratings can be achieved with it on.
