You should be ashamed of yourself making remarks like that. The name of the game of chess is to win by any means. It does not matter whether or not you are playing another human or a machine the object of the game remains the same, win !
As I have posted in the past chess programmers should pay attention and learn how to not let their programs be beaten this way. It is already a known fact that
computer can think faster and deeper than the majority of people on this earth with maybe the exception of a few International Masters.

The computer was not beaten. The pawns were locked up in a fortress position. Typically beginners play like this or people without balls looking to draw with a computer.

For a low rated player it's very good. But it's computer weakness which shouldn't be there. It's still very good for the low rated player to achieve that, but that might be an only way that such a player can sometimes score a half point.
Problem is, if the human needs to play inferior moves to to that. If so, it should not be rewarded too much. But if those moves are anyway good, then the draw IS deserved.

That's an interesting position. Black has a weak pawn on h4. Black could perhaps try to sac the b5 pawn in order to open the position.
