Lets try to guess Anand and Kramnik's Plan here.
Anand may be thinking of Ke7 and Rag8 (doubling the rooks) and then, attacking the king with some piece sacrifice.

Kramnik must definitely be thinking that Black is slightly better in this position, with a mounting attack on white's king.
