On internet there was a paper from one of the cilkchess guys a bunch of years ago where they asked for funding explaining its importance for guided missile technology.

Of course in case of Ktulu there is no way that he works on rocket science or nukes, because an engine with that speed or impact would most definitely kick butt and keep motivating him
