Yeah I guessed that was the case. Anyway, if Rybka hadn't had this problem, there'd still be high possibility that game with TL would have ended in draw because the opening book took both the engines in to the late middle game position with 0.00 evaluation for both the sides, and with only 3 or 4 fighting pieces left on the board.
