I think that the draw fraction in chess is higher for stronger engines at slower time control.

You can see that all of the top engines have more than 40% draws and
if you look only at games of programs of similiar strength(rating difference less than 100 elo) you get even more draws.

I can add that Naum4 has 55.9% draws and
Naum3 has 56.5% draws in the following list
