Okay, I'll give this a try later. Fortunately the problem has been easy to reproduce.
"Fortunately"? :)

Guy was flying in an airplane.

Unfortunately he fell out.

Fortunately he had a parachute

unfortunately the parachute didn't open.

Fortunately there was a haystack below where he was falling.

Unfortunately there was a pitchfork in the haystack pointing upward.

Fortunately, he missed the pitchfork.

unfortunately he missed the haystack.
