Thank you for the list Vincent!
One thing I'am dreaming on is the unification of different Elo lists:
- dedicated computers
- human
- "PC" chess programs
the first 2 in the list are said consistent, but it seems there is a gap between dedicated and PC chess programs (the reference is not the same)

I suppose "Phalanx XX" doesn't exist.
But what's "Phalanx gc R115" ? I suppose it's the same code but other compile ...
And why this "Reborn" nickname ?
