If you don't have an ICC account:
Last day to register is July 12, 2013 midnight EST (North Carolina, USA).
If you have an ICC account:
Last day to register: July 18, 2013 at midnight California, USA time (PST).

ICC will give a free 3 month temporary account to those that enter that don't already have an account.

For those that think the ratings groups test enough to not need this: I can tell you that all that think that find bugs their first time in our events. Most of the time, it pertains to our games running until completion and they stop their games based on artificial criteria. I've seen several programs with dominating material advantages that couldn't finish the game with mate falling into the 50 move draw.
