Eran, you must send all files not only .cbh-file.

Best you archive the whole database (mostly 16 files). It's then a .cbv-file, which can self extracted after download.

To do this - rightclick on Final.cbh file - Tools - Backup Database

This create a .cbv file (contains all necessary files). Now you can Upload this cbv file.
