What we have is a good argument that opening books for rating purposes should be at most 8 moves. If they are 10-12 moves, as in this case, then positions can occur where draws are semi-forced with correct play. Thus, a 2000 engine would likely draw a 3000 engine if they come out of this opening.

Some of the games could be from 8 move books as well. We haven't looked at all of the games yet. In any case, the number of games is tiny, not enough to influence the ratings in any significant way.
