Well, my conclusion after the tournament of my friend:

on 32-bit + 1 CPU systems, at 4'+2" time control (around 12 minutes per game ) Houdini 4 Pro is the World Champion 2013 !

Congratulations to Mr. Robert Houdart ! A very good chess engine !

The PGN file of the games are not available but rating performance of this RR should be very similar to these ones (especially if you use EloSTAT):
