That is just the setup file which will run the installation. The actual exe once installed is chess_viewer.exe

I disabled firewall on my computer. But doesn't help. I certainly did not have to change any router settings, and I don't recall changing any firewall settings either but I could be wrong. As far as I recall, it just worked.

What is the status of your firewall then. I mean ingoing connections and outgoing connections.
