At least second to bottom finisher is likely to get a playoff match to see if it can maintain its spot, but you're right about Division 3 too.

When Gaviota 1.0 started this division, it was clearly an "upper half" engine, but now, it is lucky to have survived. But I do not know for how much longer. This is getting stronger and stronger.
