have been made already for this, it can be played on some
servers, and with some good books i thought the
first mover can win (=lose) the game (although i'm not so
completely sure about this (but you could check it yourself)

Probably in computer chess, everything you create there has already been done. So much inflation and new products won't have much additive value for users.

Then, before I post, I first check if my topic has already not been addressed.jefk wrote:well there is a chess variant 'losing chess', some enginesLyudmil Tsvetkov wrote: What is the point about the thread Worst move chess?

If I am not certain, I first do a quick check on the internet.
But that requires some effort, I suppose...
However, considering how often chess variants have been addressed here, by many, specifically at least by Evert, Harm and Ferdinand, it is extremely improbable that Syed missed all that.
That is why I was wondering, what the real point behind the thread was...

I'm not an active internet user, because I don't have an broadband internet connection or something. Just a basic dialup connection, connecting from my phone and paying cheap Rs. 14 ($0.28) for 3 day/100 mb internet pack, that too after every week or two.Lyudmil Tsvetkov wrote:Then, before I post, I first check if my topic has already not been addressed.jefk wrote:well there is a chess variant 'losing chess', some enginesLyudmil Tsvetkov wrote: What is the point about the thread Worst move chess?

I did not know about losing or suicide chess, only have incomplete knowledge of Chess 960.
I apologize, and I hope you understand.
