Since the problem doesn't seem to be Intel-only compiles, the only thing I can think of is that the downloaded files were damaged during download, or that you accidentally saved a link to the binaries instead of downloading the whole repository as a zip (in this case the size of the files is very small, like 30KB). In either case downloading the entire repository as a zip (the button on the right, if you missed it) again should fix things. If that doesn't do anything, could you calculate the MD5 hash of the executables with https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=11533 or something similar and post them here?
