Ah, I see. Running engines on remote machines is an independent issue, having nothing to do with broadcasting them. Whatever you use to run a tourney / broadcast, you can also run with engines on other machines. But the details depend a lot on his hardware, network and OS configuration, which makes it hard to answer in general. Although connect.exe is a sort-of-trivial solution for this, which should work on both Linux and Windows platforms. (I have no Mac version, but I suppose that could be made.)
