That isn't really a valid question. 'Narrow draw' does not imply there is just a single line that draws. There could be billions, which would still be a negligible fraction of the total game tree. The end-points of those lines could all be draws for different reasons.

E.g. KPK and KRK are general draws in Progressive Chess, but they are not insufficient mating material, so they would draw because of 3-fold rep or the 10-turn rule.
