I just released Vajolet2 2.2 executable, main improvement are syzygy tablebase probe and a lot of refactoring and debug.
I hope it will be stronger thatn vajolet 2.1

unfortunately I found some difficult developing a 32 bit version of the code, so i created only a 64 bit executable.

executable can be downloaded here:
https://sites.google.com/site/vajoletchessengine

have fun with it.
Would it be possible to compile a 64 bit version w/o popcnt for older processors as you did in the past? Thanks in advance.

Hi Guenther,

have you taken a look at the Vajolet site?
I have a 64-bit exe for non-popcount machines.

I haven't provided a 64 bit version without popcount, I could create it for you.
Graham, could you send the version I send to you? otherwise I'll try to create a version for you

Hi Marco,

Meanwhile I received your mail. Thanks a lot. And yes it works :)

I think you should put it at your website too. Sure there must be other
people with quadcores from 2009 without the need for updating their hardware.
