That is rubbish. Remember Matthias is also the author himself of more than one UCI engine, e.g. BigLion. He knows that protocol very well. I'm getting sick of these accusations. Provide the proof that UCI engines do not run properly under ChessGUI.
I don't run Winboard engines very often, most chess960 engines are UCI. I haven't noticed any issues with the engines I run.

Ray,
It is not up to me. It is up to Matthias to defend the GUI if he cares to respond. Others have also posted material “proof” on the timer problem. You do not have to read it, or accept proof.
1) I deleted all ChessGUI source code from my computer but later found some not very old source code on an external drive and decided to keep it.
2) @Graham: I was not aware of the adjudication issue. In a few months time I shall surely try to fix that and perhaps more. I am still too involved with my current project to mind about chess now. Try Ray's suggestion.
3) @Dennis: with that tone, you will not achieve much with me.
Imagine a this situation. It takes tournament chess engines. It takes the party Komodo - Stockfish, both engines use TBs.The next party is two chess engines (no matter what), which do not use TBs. I noticed in the window TBs remain number of the chess engines Komodo - Stockfish. My question is as follows. What to do to clean out the program window TBs when they play engines without using TBs.

Hi Krzysztof,
if the numbers are changing, then the engine is using TB or Bitbases.
I shall set them to zero at beginning of game in next update.

Matthias.
I'm sorry but it is not. They play two engines that use TBs. Is the end of the game. Appears next party with two engines that do not use TBs. The number in the window TBs remains from the previous game and this a window is not cleared.

It is not like writing. Give an example. Playing Komodo with Houdini both engines use 6 men tablebase.
KOMODO TBs 17563
HOUDINI TBs 15536
It is the end of the game. Next party is Andscacs and BlackMamba. These engines not using any tables. But during the game and by the whole game window with the TBs is as follows.
ANDSCACS TBs 17563
BLACKMAMBA TBs 15536
As you can see the program never cleans windows TBs.
