Correct - currently there are no plans to make it a variant. Initially , because of the slowdown ~ 10%. But on my last build , the normal variant was benching the same. If there is a desire to combined them into 1 app , I have no objection with that.

BTW could you inform the authors of Sf zh that the zh championships will now be held this coming 2016-12-02. Perhaps they have some build to participate. Thanks.

My best game so far - level 1600, SFv see about 1000 nodes per move at this level. First time I ever went with b3 as my first move in CH. The game changer was my timely Q sac by letting her go and instead playing 25. exd6+. The weakened SFv had not yet seen the danger of 26. dxc7+
