I know this is very late, but I wanted to record here for posterity that the 2020 WCCC was canceled along with their computer games conference, although they did manage to move their 2020 Computer Olympiad for other games online.
As far as I can tell, there are no plans to hold a 2021 WCCC either (though there are plans for another olympiad in November).
