We can't redo the tourney since results in ongoing rounds do the pairings in the following rounds, but if the game between rpirofchade and rpiforchess would have been draw (it was draw without my bad manipulation that made the engine stop moving) then Nemorino would be the only winner. This engine has made great improvments with nnue (and better book also I guess).

As for doubled layer net it does not seem to impact that bad the performance on pi4. With average 650 kns it holds nice elo.

Sorry, but I don't understand the reasoning behind this. It would have given rpiforchess a half point more and rpiRofchade a half point less. Of course it also depends upon the last round pairings, but I don't understand why Nemorino would have been the only winner if that particular game was ended draw.

To get on top with such a small number of rounds you need a bit of luck, either with the games or with the pairings. 100 games like they play at the TCEC finals don't mean a thing either. It is all a lottery.

rpiRofchade would be 5th and rpiforchess would be 4th, I still don't understand what you mean. It must be my age.
