Komodo is amazing, it still produces +50 elo after each doubling of speed (time control).

I suspect that it is only in dragon-dragon games because I do not see Dragon beat Stockfish at long time control.
I am also not sure about the effect of the book.

It may be interesting if somebody like CCRL test rating of programs with no book when every pair play only 2 games so you do not get repetition and you also give every entry some different time controls.

I think that one person cannot do it for enough engines and enough games.
