Damaged zip.

There are archive repair programs, but they are paid. The various free and demo versions only unpack the logo. I looked through some of my backups, found only 2.03 (or so), 3, 4, 5... Version 1.2 unfortunately not. I'd have to look at other discs from old desktop PCs, but I don't give it much chance. I was saving space, so I usually deleted the old versions...

I'll delete it again in a week or so, so whoever wants to back it up. I have to save some space on that site, it can't serve as a long term backup.

I can download both Komodo 1.2 and Komodo 1.2 JA from komodochess repo. I had the same issue than others here with broken headers when extracting the JA ZIP, only extracting the images correctly. However, I can extract the 1.2 ZIP flawlessly:

Interesting is that it does not work on cmd (console)! (gui is ok though).
At least here on Win7 Ultimate-64.
Ofc I had those all on several HDDs already.
