Again for user Mephisto ...

wrong answere by myself.
You are speaking from similarity.

OK, I think my answere is the same as you can await from the big group of German "Politicians".
A lot of words and no information.

Difficult for me (chess server for an example).

If I answered in detail I give to many information to the project from Alex.
I am in position of an easy helper (soldier is my position, I am not the general) and gave perhaps the start point to the project, not more not less.
Help him a bit but again ... after all I know, after all I can see ... Alexander don't need any helps. A very friendly guy full of fantasy, energy and love to the detail. Such a person Marin Blume (Arena) is. This isn't a 0815 project, must be ready in one year for a fast marketing. This is not possible! But most complicated things are indeed ready!

After all ...
I read the thread to the other project (a very nice project).
I am thinking two different things for different reasons!

Best
Frank

Later I will give some pics again.
First information I wrote for around a half year (Wasp News).

Hi there,

I need a better camera!
OK, here some pics from the brand new Mephisto Modular.

Joking ... means the new module from Alex.
Pics from the webclient tool will be follow in second message.

Pics not available on Wasp News.
More or less exclusive (not Mephisto Exclusive) material for TalkChess lovers.
Even for the evil ...

Hi there,

Pic 06-09 = during the game!
The chessboard or a big clock or detail information comes from engine!

Pics before ...
All 32 pieces should be on the board before the game ...
Logicial ... not 7 (25 missed) Frank ... OK, OK

Different information about the 1Ghz hardware inside.
After my information 1.5 or 2Ghz, maybe more possible ... but not interesting for me.
Wasp 5.50 with 1Ghz = around 2680 Elo.

Since three years Wasp have the Elo levels.
You can set 1500, 1550, 1600, 1650 ... 2680 ... in a lot of levels.

Name of system is Medusa!
Name of Module is PiPhisto!

Of course you give a position for analyses and you can give the levels (from standards things I made no pics).

A secret ... Alex will not read that.
Standard Lev1 (example 2 sec).
My wish for Standard levels ... Wasp with Lev1 vs. Rodent with Lev15.
Alex will working on it, means different levels for eng-eng.

---

After my meeting with Alex today ...
You can see that Wasp 5.50 and Rodent 4 have the next meeting but I have to set the pieces on board.

If you like to play eng-eng ... you have to set the pieces on board.
Of course, you can use the module for Mephisto München or Mephisto Exclusive boards. I don't like boths so you can see here the board I like ... Mephisto Modular Typ4 ... Typ2 boards will work also without any problems.

Best
Frank

All what I need for the island in combination with my wife Marina.
Electricity ... not sure but I believe battery should be possible!
Have not the right batteries for Modular at home.

And a connection to John and Alex.
At the moment not to TalkChess ... I am evil with different persons here.

No, no ...

:-)

Ah, the webclient tool ... most important for a lot of things (not for playing chess, you need only the Mephisto board and the module).

Again the the pics:
WiFi AnMon-7590 ... not the chess program AnMon.
My WLan with Fritz-Box.

I got for seconds a mail to the chess program AnMon.
AnMon is great, my second love after Wasp.
I have to ask Christian BARRETAU for a PiPhisto version.

Here information to the webclient tool.

Again ...
Please be informed that I can't give to many information during the development.
The installed engines will be later not used as main engines.

At the moment only Wasp versions.

Our wish is CT-800 ... perfect for club-players training.
Our wish is Rodent ... a lot of personalies possible.

We have to asked the authors of CT-800 and Rodent.
Alex will do it a bit later ...

Lc0 or Stockfish aren't wish engines and will be not inside the project if ready.
Nothing to do with Lc0 or Stockfish but engines must have from Ply1 the full strength.
Adaptive strength or simulated blunders are not interesting for this project!
Systems must be interesting for chess players with all strengths.
A won game vs. Wasp 5.50 with 1750 real Elo should be an event.

Wasp, Rodent and CT-800 are perfect.

Last year OSCar tested with all the settings these engines (Stockfish, Lc0, others you can see on the pics) have.

Of course, user can later install what they like.

Important:
With OSChar ... user have millions of possibilites!!

OSCar
OSCar is a UCI-schema for PiPhisto.

O = Options (general UCI options)
S = Strength and ELO settings
Char = Character and profile settings

Image

You can see the position from the pics I made.
Never a position is lost ... all is saved every time.

Sorry again, I can't give more information about the webclient tool and all the possibilites today!
Alex is working and I have to test it ... maybe some older Arena ideas from me will be ...

:-)

Best
Frank

But perhaps I can answer of questions if you like and I am sure I can give the information.

Computer chess in the year 2022 ...
A perfect system on an old Mephisto board for the important nostalgics.

Enough for today!

I have to solve my Python problem for the fantastic new tool by Ferdinand Mosca!

I got the next mail ...
Pure random that you can not see on pics I added that diodes from the Modular board working.

Have a look on the next two pics.
Of course, works fine !!!

Image

Shit camera, no interest to make the pic again ... display not to see.

Ah, different remote controls to see ...
I am in Alpha-Test phase with webclient and a big sony tv.
Furthermore, try to beam the webclient with Wlan in the garden to the pool.
Frank live ...

Quisinsky - Wasp 5.50 NN
Wasp used FEOBOS, should be clear that FEOBOS is inside!
But user can later add own books ...
The system is very open!

Wasp is playing h7-h5 ...

Hi Ted,

really, not sure ...
I think I will get the next hate mails.

First bigger presentation in bad English.

Note:
Perhaps modding is possible later ... is possible!
A red module, or a white module with golden lettering of users favorite engine ...

To build a space-shuttle ... sorry modular-chess-shuttle should be not a big problem.

:-)

Enough!
In the evening I await first UFOs with Aliens like to have that.
I am so crazy ...
I hope John and Alex will not read that.

Best
