I am unable to use it. Lc0 0.30 doesn't respond or load the net. how to use BT2-3250 with Lc0 0.30? Do I need to change the settings?

Dear Plutie, I have few questions. It will be great if you could answer these.

1. what effect does attention policy and smolgen have on the net?
2. So far the progress of LC0 is slow compared to SF. Does the changes on the net with the above parameters change the game for Lc0?
3. What can we expect, in terms of progress, for Lc0 in 2023?
4. Will Lc0 overtake SF in near future?
