Why do you conclude that they do not want to help you ? You are not their only customer. Be patient and wait for them to work through all of their emails.

I bought Dragon 3.2 as a stand-alone purchase and therefore think that I'm due the D3.3 upgrade, as indicated in the first message in this thread. All I see in my Account Downloadable list is th Dragon 3.2 which I already have...
